checking out what I set up for them! |
Lately I have been saving my smart water bottles for Graham and Parker to use at the water table for messy fun!! I had seen them use picnic table ketchup and mustard bottles on the
Play at Home Mom Blog. It has been working out nicely. I fill them up with water and food coloring, or water, food coloring, and olive oil, and sometimes even add glitter!! They love top squirt out the contents into the water table and into the big measuring cups you see in the photos. I have been re-suing the water beads that start to get a little too moise and fall apoart easily in the water tables. When they are fresh and new, we use them indoors on the lightbox, and then just retirte them to soime fun outdoor water table play after they are starting to fall apart too easily!! I am using their very first water table that I bought them back in 2008 for any messy play, science experiments, etc. We reserve their nicer farm water table that they got for their 3rd birthday for regular water play. It has been working out very nicely!!
