ReplyDeleteI made chili the other night...not casserole exactly. I took about a pound (454g) of extra lean ground beef and browned it. Then I added a can of tomatoes with chili seasoning, and a can of mixed red and pink beans with chili seasoning. Left the juices in, so I covered and let it simmer a bit til it thickened. I served over cooked elbow macaroni with a few dollops of sour cream and shredded cheddar on top. Then mixed it all.
